I made it!

Last night, I set a personal goal for myself in training for the upcoming St. Patties Day 5K. I ran 5 miles in 46 minutes on the treadmill. I even sprinted the last 3/4ths of a mile. I really didn’t think I could make it that far, even on a treadmill. This means that things look good for me to make it through the whole 5K at a pretty good pace. I’m currently considering a 10K, but I haven’t decided 100% on that one. I mean…that’d mean running for better than an hour. The only thing I ever do for more than an hour is sleep.
